Confident Kerala team organized a Day Out Picnic on 10th September 2008 at Punnamada Resort, Alleppey. The program commenced at 10 AM, with an inaugural speeches from Director Kerala - Mr. T. A. Joseph, Head of Construction - Mr. Joy Thuluvath (Blr), GM (Pre Projects) - Mr. K. V. Varghese, GM (Construction) - Mr. R. V. Potty and Quality Consultant (Tvm.) - Mr. Surendranathan. The entire Kerala staff were present at the gathering.

Cultural Program by Employees, Onam celebration with delicious "Onasadhya", "Pulikali" by resort people, “Gana-mela” by Professional singer Mr. Sethu & Party, were the highlights of the event. The program continued into the evening. It was a day that sizzled with performances and an unforgettable day for all the Confident Group employees.
