Another First in the Industry - Online Printing of Agreements – OLPA - was launched and inaugurated by Chairman & Managing Director Dr. Roy C. J. on 27th November 2008 at 5 PM, at the Corporate Office.

In this system, once a sale is closed, details of the Client will be conveyed from the respective location to the Corporate Office, where the Agreement gets processed. The Client will receive the Agreement on hand within 15 minutes of completing the booking of the Apartment / Villa / Plot at the respective location. OLPA is an online service, hence available for access through 365 days, this saves considerable time in reaching Agreements to Customers seamlessly.
