Sr. Engineer (QS) – B. E/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Apartment / Villa / Layout construction work. Should have the ability to co-ordinate with different agencies to keep smooth working of the project. To workout all the quantities and prepare requirements of material. To prepare rate analysis of various items. To maintain proper quality and control on wastage of materials at site.

Site Engineer - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in Apartment / Villa / Layout construction work. Should be able to maintain daily reports for day to day works done and ensure that check lists are ready at site and are being maintained after the clearance.

Supervisor – Diploma in Civil with 3 years of experience Apartment / Villa / Layout construction work. Supervise the Contractors and the labours for the work as per instruction’s give by his Manager and ensure that safety rules (helmets, Welding protection shield) are followed at site. To monitor the House keeping at site

Store Keeper – Graduation 3-6 years of experience in store activities in construction industry. Day to day recording of store material receipts and consumption. Checking stock as per records. Receiving materials, proper stocking, and recording of receipts. General supervision on site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer – B. E Mechanical Engineers with about 5-8 years of work experience in RMC Plant operations.

Sr. Mechanic – ITI Mechanical with 4-7 years of experience in repairing, servicing JCB, Tractors, Rollers and Mixer Machine etc.

Lab Engineer (Quality) - About 3 -5 years of experience in cube testing in RMC Plant in construction industry. Maintenance and follow up of all laboratory documentation including work instructions, QA locks and develop new measuring techniques to increase efficiency and quality.

Pump Operator – About 4 -7 years of experience in RMC Plant operation.

RMC Plant Operator – About 4 -7 years of experience in RMC Plant operation in construction industry.

Executive (Purchase & Billing) - About 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry. Purchase Order faxing and delivery follow up with the Supplier and Site. Processing the bills for payments. Maintaining files.

Sr. Executive - Vehicle Monitoring - About 4 - 8years of experience in handling and maintenance of vehicles used in construction sites.

Security Officer - 8 year experience with sound knowledge of security and safety equipment.

Head Guards - 5 year experience ,175 cms height with good personality & Basic knowledge of English.
