Confident Group presents Bengalooru Property Bazaar 2007

Confident Group in association with magicbricks.com, a Times group enterprise brought together leading Real Estate Developers and Financial Institutions from in and around Bangalore to a two day property fair at the Hotel Grand Ashok's 'Kalinga' Hall. This event addressed all aspects of real estate and solutions provided by some of the leading banks with enticing home loan options.
On the first day over 3000 people visited the 'fair' and the foot falls doubled on the second day of the property show. " This reinforces the huge demand for real estate in Bangalore,” said Vishal Sachdev, zonal manager, magicbricks.
Houses on offer at the two day Bengalooru Property Bazaar 2007 start from Rs. 30 lakh onwards and are located at different parts of the twenty-six stalls were set up to provide special assistance to prospective home buyers.The key objective of this event is to ensure that there are only a specific number of participants in order to provide greater assistance to prospective home buyers.
Mr. Radhakrishnan Nambiar, Director,Confident Group, said that “ Over 60% of the people who come to Bangalore and invest in any property are not from this city.Today their mind is set to to invest in the city they work rather than where they come from".
The Confident Group is a trend setter where people have begun to take a serious look at solo homes or villas.The participating developers also offered multiple options at the fair.IDBI Home finance, HSBC, ICICI Home Finance were some of the leading banks that were part of the exposition.
