New Year's Eve is the last day of the calendar year, or December 31 in the Gregorian calendar. Since most of the world uses this calendar, New Year's Eve was celebrated at the Confident Cascade- in an enchanting enclave of sheer pleasure and delightful adventure with over 1500 guests

The theme for the evening “ The Goan Fiesta” saw celebrations at its peak to mark the prelude to the new year 2007, is when all the fun and festivities unfurled with music, dance, food, cool breeze, sand and moon at the resort.

We see out the old year and ring in the new.

While it is often thought of as a time to drink and be merry, many people take it as an opportunity to drive away from the city to a party destination called Confident Cascade to enjoy the sprawling lush green oasis of landscaped gardens, meadows an orchards, and cascading waterfalls, meandering rivulets and soothing pools, making it an awesome stopover to eat and be merry with loved ones.

Celebrations on this night typically include going to parties or gathering in public places. It was time to relax and enjoy the start of a bright and promising new year with cocktail and mocktails brewed by expert resident bar tenders to soothe the tired nerves of party animals....a new beginning with sumptuous food & choreographed dance sequences and breath taking music by DJ Tyrone and MC Abhishek set the adrenalin racing to keep the spirit of New Year alive and kicking.

The chill of the night was complimented with elderly couples sitting snugly around the bonfire and relish sumptuous food while their children danced away through the night on the dance floor to thumpy tunes.
