The Monthly General Meeting of Confident Group is conducted to review the performance of the month and was arranged at Confident House Cafeteria on 31st May 2007.As a corporate , one of our biggest challenges is to inspire our employees to do their best, both individually and collectively as a team. When a person knows that they are valued as an individual by their management team, they have a better attitude about their involvement in the company.

The star performer awards were designed to recognize Confident Group employees who has always had the willing to go the extra mile, every day, to help out his co-workers and clients.It was also an occasion to celebrate employee birthdays and introduce new employees who have joined the organization during the past one month.
