In pursuit of setting world class standards, Management Council Meeting was held at the Jaladhama Resorts on the 11th,12th and 13th of June.The agenda of the meeting was "Business strategic plans and proposals". The discussions were based on process management, assigning ownership, process control,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Confident Group, by automating and optimizing the business processes.The team also actively took part in the team building activities held at the venue.
