They promise less and give you more. They complete work fast. They hand you your documents on time. And most importantly, they are warm and friendly.
Surprised? We are not saying this; contented customers are.
Satish Menon, working for an MNC in Bangalore says, "I have just signed up on the sale agreement for a villa in Confident Rigel. And you can call me plain lucky; for the amount I might have spent on a two bedroom apartment, I am getting a villa! .And how I got to know them was over a casual visit.and what impresses me was the warmth and friendliness. Right from the security guard to the CMD, everybody is nice to talk to.

When I was signing the agreement, the director himself was there. They have been with me all along.right from the time I started thinking of the house. The architects put themselves in your shoes. For instance, I had requested a utility space that was not in the design and when I met the architect again, she pointed this out to me. I had forgotten about it! They kept me posted about the progress.there is a lot of transparency here."
Adds Sreeram G who has also invested in the same project for his company, "What's really nice about this project is that the villas are designed by international architects SAA, Singapore and others. They give you a wide range of designs to choose from. Also this project is located on Sarjapur Road connecting Whitefield , ITPL and Electronic City , and makes for a decent investment."
Reveals Rajeev Gupta, who has also invested in a Rigel Villa," I was basically looking for a villa and a friend introduced me to Confident. The price was good and what was really impressive is the rate at which they had completed the amenities. I saw the work in progress and 10 days later they had it all in place..infrastructure, drainage, the works."

They also talk of chartered aircraft, connected with a fleet of some of the big names in international airlines.
"We are looking at 4, 9 and 12 seater aircrafts that can be made available to our clients on a charter basis, to make for convenient and cost effective connectivity within the country," smiles Roy CJ, chairman and MD, Confident Group.
Confident also talks of an entertainment segment, by roping in the likes of Puneet Ra jkumar and Vishnuvardhan.
Confident Group has its own office in Dubai and they are planning to launch an office in Singapore shortly. Partnering Confident in creating this bounty of good living' arenas are international architects and consultants like Edward D'Silva, exec utive director, SAA, Architects, Singapore , who has joined the board of Confident as an external director. Says Daniel S C Hsia, director, SAA Architects Pte Ltd, Singapore ,"SAA was established in South East Asia in 1965. It was very natural for us to expand into China and India whose market has grown recently. We felt close to these two markets as we have deep cultural roots from India and China , right here in Singapore .
We had been in India since 1995.
