Confident Capella was launched in association with Future Homes LLC,. the leading Marketing agency for Dubai Freehold properties and Adva Advertising, a leading Media agency in UAE.
Mr. Gaffar Director of Sales, Confident Group had a meeting with Mr. Jacob Luke Director of Future Homes along with Mr. Manoly Mohamed Director UAE , and expressed an interest in marketing the new project Confident Capella starting with Dubai, and then across UAE and through their UK office. This was Future homes first venture in the Indian market.
Confident Group and Future Homes decided to have a Road Show in Le-Meridian Hotel backed by a Media Campaign and direct marketing exercises through Email and Telemarketing. Mr. Manoly Mohamed Director UAE and Mr. Minil Kumar, Manager Sales put all their effort to bring in their local Kerala network contacts.
A full page ADVT in Khaleej Times and other popular Malayalam dailies, spots on FM Radios, RJ mentions, live interviews by Mr. Gaffar Director Sales on Radio Asia and Hit FM coupled with direct campaigns pulled the crowd to the venue.
The Venue was adorned with roll up banners, Audio Visuals were projected on to large screens and neatly laid up tables where experienced property consultants could meet with the prospective buyers.
An online software was developed, which showed the consultants the availability status of the apartments at any given time, with out going and confirming with the master list and to also avoid double bookings at the same time.
After registration at the venue, the prospective buyers were led to the property consultants, the consultants gave a presentation on the project, provided info on the location, showed them floor plans and the unique payment scheme available with UTI Bank. The consultants also briefed them on the potential of the area and the appreciation of their property the Clients will get on completion of the project.
Easy booking terms were also explained by the consultants, spot bookings were done with a nominal amount to block an apartment of their choice, and the clients filled up the reservation forms and were provided with a receipt for the apartment, this helped the Clients to get the apartment of their choice.
There was an excellent response to the road show, the consultants were able to do a considerable number of spot bookings on both days.
The Kerala Expo which followed the event had also a good response from the public, the week long Media campaign created top of the mind awareness among the visitors.
The property consultants were able to close a considerable number of bookings at the exhibition venue. The marketing strategy towards the launch was successful, the activity helped in building a solid image and be one-up above the competitors. A lot of goodwill was also generated, all this will help in the launch of our future projects from Confident.
Swift decisions taken by Mr. Gaffar Sales Director, speedy approvals of the marketing Mix with total cooperation from UAE Director, Confident sales team and Future Homes property consultants helping each other, clear understanding and a focused approach, guidance from time to time was the essence of the success of the Launch of Confident Capella.
After closure of 102 apartments, we declared sold out of Phase 1.
