Dr. Roy C.J. - Chairman and Managing Director, a Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Business School, Zurich, Switzerland. After working with corporates like HP, TVS and BPL he joined as Joint Managing Director of a leading Home Building Company in Bangalore. By managing a team of over 250 engineers and architects, he has earned extensive experience in the industry. He also has over a decade of experience in managing resorts. His vision and dynamism has enabled him to create the Confident Group with its focus on Infrastructure, Hospitality, Aviation, Education, Health Care and Entertainment.

Mr. T.A. Joseph - Joint Managing Director, an engineer who started his career in the early 80's as an officer in the Merchant Navy. He has close to 23 years of experience with several International Vessel Operators. During this period, he traveled widely, gaining tremendous knowledge and experience in various countries and cultures. He came out of the Merchant Navy as a Chief Officer in 2003 and decided to embark on a challenging path as an entrepreneur, running his own construction business in Kochi. He has done several courses related to Safety and he is highly focused on quality. With his vast experience behind him, he joined the Confident Group to take care of the Kerala operations.

Mr. P. Sunil Krishnan - President, an Industrial Engineer and a first rank holder from his university. He started his career with Mico Bosch and moved on to Hewlett Packard where he worked for 16 years. He held various positions in manufacturing, supply chain services, operations and finance gaining insight into various facets of corporate management. His last posting was with HP Singapore as Director (Finance), South East Asia. With his skills and charisma, the Group is poised to scale greater heights.

Mr. Gaffar P. Kandy-Deputy Managing Director - Projects, a Civil Engineer by qualification. He has gathered vast experience in a variety of industries. He was the Executive Director of Fero Ply Wood Panel Pvt. Ltd. And Prestige Wood Products Partner in Frontline Buildcom. He is a go-getter who brings to the Confident Group his flamboyance and style of operations, to make Confident a vibrant company.

Mrs. Liny Roy – Deputy Managing Director – Hospitality, a Science Graduate by qualification. She has a unique style of functioning and her magnetism draws respect from all who associate with her. Her enthusiasm has been the success of the Hospitality Division in a big way.

Mr. V Sudhindranath - Director - Finance, is an Advocate / Tax Consultant by profession and he advises the Company in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Company Affairs and HRD. He is in the field of taxation for over a decade and he is in the Board of Directors and he advises the Company in all the above matters.

Mr. Bill Kessener – Director - Golf Development, joins the Champion Reef team as full time construction director for the golf course. Bill brings with him 30+ years of experience in building golf courses in several countries across nearly every continent. He has been associated with the construction of 25+ courses including many award winning ones such as the EuroDisney in Paris, Sea Links in Vietnam, remodeling of the Singapore Island Country Club, Nine Bridges in Korea and Grand Shanghai Resort in China.

He has relocated to Bangalore for 2 years and will supervise the construction on a full time basis. Having worked in many developing countries and on many of Ron Fream & Golf plan’s projects before, Bill's experience and on-site presence is intended to bring to bear the best practices in golf course construction and to ensure that the execution truly fulfills the design vision.
