"The opening up of property transactions in Bidadi will pull up the realty sector that's slowly limping back. But the Bidadi masterplan has prioritised the township and what developers get in the end is less conurbation space. Large tracts of lands have been reserved as agriculture area and developers who had picked up lands earlier in those zones cannot go ahead now," explained C.
