	ISI Branded Chromium Plated Tap fittings for Bathroom and Kitchen.
	Water Supply
	One Common Over Head Tank would be provided for the whole project. Water will be supplied from captive well

	20mm thick Black granite slabs for cooking platform (Basic cost of Rs.115/-Sft) with Futura/equivalent Stainless Steel Sink with Drain board
	Sewage System
	Sewage lines and disposal system will be provided. After the defect liability period,residents should do the maintenance of the sewage systems.
