Dr. Roy C. J., Chairman and Managing Director, Confident Group, takes personal interest in such programs. He personally organized a ‘skill updating program’ for all chefs in Confident Group. The program was flagged off by Dr. Roy and Mrs. Liny Roy- Director Resorts at 7.45am in the most modernly equipped kitchen at Confident Cascade - Bangalore's premium Mega Resort. The program continued till midnight and concluded with Dr. Roy's feedback at 11.45 pm. Dr. Roy and Mrs. Roy were involved throughout this program.

During this program, a 25 member team - all chefs – dished out 109 exotic recipes to showcase their culinary talent and display the exclusivity of the spread. Paralleled to this was another Competition to identify the most exclusive culinary chef, won by Sous Chef, Mr. Gaman Singh.
