I am a resident of the Delhi. I went to Bangalore in the month of march as I was supposed to buy the flat over there… People have suggested me many names over there. But one person has strongly recommended me about the Confident Group and advised me to visit the website.

Post visiting the site I made my decision to buy the plot at the Confident-Atria Sarjapur and I booked the site also. Since the Day I visited them and till the time I have booked the plot..The services rendered to me were par excellence. The door step visit by the executive to get the booking form filled and collection of the booking amount has increased my confidence in their services.

After so much of follow-up with the loan agent in Delhi ..they have declined my loan , I was shattered as I was assuming that my booking amount with confident will be gone as I had signed the “Agreement to Sale” . I contacted Confident Group. Sales Team again and Requested him to refund the full amount post deduction of the nominal charge. To my surprised he has never said No to my request and assured me that he would speak to senior authorities and will get it done and same was done by Confident Group after deducting the Normal Charges.

“I have earlier heard about the Pre- sales Service , Sales Service, After sales Service but have never heard about the No –Sales and full services with same gestures.”
