We all know that motivated employees are the biggest assets of any Company. Keeping this in mind, we consider giving the sterling performers of the Company a bonus, which the management disbursed on 31st December 2008. This has been a tough year for many Real Estate Companies given the economic situation, except us, we are least affected thanks to our long term vision and "Zero Debt Policy". All our projects are being implemented on schedule with sales matching the targeted number of Homes in every month. We sincerely thank all our stake holders, including our esteemed customers.
