Thank you for your following email and while going through the same I felt great feelings about the confident- group. You know, I am based in Dubai and got couple of occasions to meet your directors as well.

I believe Confident Capella is the first project in Cochin in Residential Apartments. Those times only handful of builders were focusing Cochin as a strategic location and offering with good returns to their clients. Confident Group came with this proposal of Pre- Emi which was unheard of at that point of time. It was quite interesting as an investor that builder shares the major part of interest cost of home loan. ICICI also played and supported a good role in achieving the same.

Now I would like to thank the management of Confident Group for their support extended to the investors in Real Estate.

Coming back to payment of Pre- Emi interest cost, I believe Confident Group will pay to their clients till the date of handing over the apartment to them. My apartment is located in 7th floor ie 701, therefore, I take it as granted that this level of apartments were not included in above series and would be delivered in later date. Till this date of handing over I would be eligible and receiving the pre-emi which is very clear and as per the agreement with Confident Group.

I wish more success to Confident Group and I am more confident that CONFIDENT GROUP will remain as one of the prominent builders.
