TODAY IS THE 31ST MARCH 2007, THE FINANCIAL YEAR CLOSING IN INDIA.

Today we are closing the Financial year with a happy note and with a bang. You would remember that we had set a Booking target of 100 Crores at the start of this Financial year. You would be Proud to know that our Booking Turnover has touched 201 Crores. This is 100% in excess of our Set goals.

On all fronts Confident Group has achieved great success. It has been your untiring support, motivation and God's blessing which has made us achieve this successful feat.

Be it our Brand launch in Cochin and Dubai. We are today the largest selling brand in Cochin and we are among the most respected Builders there, same as we are in Bangalore. In Dubai, we created history by selling out Phase I and Phase II of Capella in record time. As our competitors have spoken off records "We have the Best Indian Builder office in Dubai". We have moved into a larger and ultra modern office on the Bank street in Dubai, the best known address for a Commercial venture. We are furnishing an exclusive 5 Floor tower in Cochin on the main SA road, one of the land mark locations in Cochin. Also in Singapore we have launched our own office at Prudential Tower again a land mark location.

We are also on a strong footing to launch our project Confident Rigel Dubai in the next couple of months. This makes us the First Builder from South India to launch a project in Dubai. In Cochin we are launching the best Lifestyle apartment and villas - Confident Avior, which will create the benchmark in Cochin for Lifestyle, Quality and Location. This project would be located on the Back waters. In Bangalore we have slated another 9 new projects to launch in the next one year. The biggest being on 100 Acres and with a Rajagiri-Cochin school within the Campus. Rajagiri is the sister concern of Christ College of Bangalore.

On the staff strength we have increased our strength to over 200 employees of which more than 60% are Engineers and Architects. And over 20% are Qualified and Experts in their own field of knowledge.

Our Land bank has increased tremendously in the last one year. We have also sold out 9 projects in the same period of time. Our construction and operations of Resorts and Hotels are on track, and as planned all the 9 properties have been progressing as per our internal bar charts.

We are also proud to have received the NOC for our Airline division which is a feat considering the number of checks and validation the Government does for such an NOC. The NOC allows us to start the Chartered Airline operations. As the norm at Confident the decisions are taken quickly. Within 48 hours of NOC we have booked our first 4 seater plane from Dubai, a time tested plane - A Cessna. After all clearances the same would be delivered by the 15th May 2007 in India.

It has been  moments of pride for us, when we have received numerous proposals from all big FDIs and National Industry leaders for investment in Confident Group. We have had the pride of signing an Investment private treaty with the Times of India Group. Also we have had the top Merchant bankers coming to Confident and requesting our mandate for taking us for an IPO on the Indian Stock market.

Confident Group as per the Management philosophy is still a "Zero Debt" company and you will be proud that our decision for the next year is the same and the Company will continue to be a "Zero Debt" company. We are also closing this year with a very healthy Bank balance.

Appreciating our Good works in Confident Rigel, Bangalore the BMRDA accorded the Plan sanction for our Confident Althena project. The first approval in the last 9 months by the BMRDA.

As a whole the last financial year, the last day running today has been an extremely rewarding year for the Confident Group. We expect your whole hearted support to our march into the next year, next decade and to the century.

Our coming year's target is 1000 Crores in turnover and we are well poised to achieve that with your support and god's guidance.
