Bidadi CDP approved by the Govt of Karnataka. Our land for Confident Regulus converted to residential zone. BMRDA approval is received vide BMRDA/LAO/09/2009-10 Dated 28-10-2009. Layout Plan is completed.
The Allotment of Sites at Confident Regulus Project in Bidadi was Completed on 9th January, 2010. All 378 sites were allotted on the basis of "Draw of Lots" in four batches held at Confident Cascade Resort on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.
