A Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Business School, Zurich, Switzerland. After working with major corporates and Fortune 100 International Companies, he ventured out into construction & Real Estate Business by choice and not by chance. Dr. Roy’s movement into Real Estate was due to his passion and creativity for the construction industry and to deliver to the customers the best possible product at the price point he operates
In the nearly 2 decades of business experience, Dr. Roy has mastered the Civil Industry and he is also probably the first to design and implement the 4 Side ventilation concept in Bangalore. He has also pioneered the concept of concrete roads for the townships, which has today become a standard in every township that is being built in Bangalore.
Started his career in the early 80’s in the Merchant Navy in various positions and 1990 onwards he was working as Chief Officer onboard various types of ships In 2002 he left the Merchant Navy to appearing for the Master Mariner competency study and examinations in the United Kingdom but he dropped his plan and decided to embark on a challenging path as an entrepreneur and started his own construction and real estate business in Kochi.
A Civil Engineer with a post-graduation in construction management from the United Kingdom, he is our backbone for the construction projects, as he drives them almost single-handedly delivering quality of the highest standards in all projects. His consistent track record, rich experience of about three decades in the construction industry has been a great boon to us. He is an expert in varied constructions which include residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, shopping malls, software parks – to name a few.
