Customers booking an eligible Confident Group residential project can enjoy a complimentary family getaway at Vintage Retreat, Malayattoor.
Vintage Retreat is a unique multi-heritage-themed premium home, offering high-end hospitality, quality, comfort and ambience amidst the peaceful greenery and beautiful natural surroundings of Malayattoor.
Complimentary 2-night stay at Vintage Retreat, Malayattoor.
The complimentary stay includes accommodation for up to 4 adults and 2 children below 8 years of age.
Normal room allocation will be 2 adults + 1 child below 8 years per room.
Any additional room, if required and subject to availability, will be charged at ₹8,000 per room, per night + applicable taxes.
Any additional guest beyond the eligible occupancy will be charged at ₹4,000 per person, per night + applicable taxes.
Complimentary breakfast is included for all eligible guests covered under the offer.
Lunch and dinner can be arranged at Vintage Retreat at an additional cost, with a choice of multiple cuisine options.
Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the complimentary 2 nights may do so at the applicable tariff, subject to prior reservation and availability.
Guests wishing to enjoy a longer family getaway may opt for our exclusive Golden Package – 4 Nights / 5 Days, accommodating up to 6 adults and 4 children below 10 years of age.
After considering the complimentary 2-night stay benefit available to eligible Confident clients, a Special Golden Package Rate of ₹1,20,000 + applicable taxes will be offered for the complete 4-night / 5-day stay.
The Golden Package includes complimentary breakfast for eligible guests.
Lunch, dinner, transportation and other additional services can be arranged separately at applicable charges.
The offer is applicable to customers booking an eligible Confident Group residential project with a basic sale consideration of ₹75 lakh or above, excluding applicable statutory taxes and other charges.
A minimum of 30% of the total apartment sale consideration must be received by Confident Group before the customer becomes eligible to avail the complimentary stay.
The complimentary stay must be availed within one year from the date of booking of the apartment. Any unused benefit will lapse after the validity period and cannot be converted into cash or carried forward.
The complimentary offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other benefit and is intended exclusively for the eligible customer and their family.
In the event of cancellation of the apartment booking, the complimentary stay benefit shall automatically stand cancelled. If the benefit has already been availed, the applicable value of the stay may be adjusted against any amount refundable to the customer, subject to the applicable booking terms and law.
All stays are subject to prior reservation and availability at Vintage Retreat. This offer is not valid during public holidays, weekends, or festival seasons.
Guests are required to inform the concerned Confident Group Sales Manager at least four weeks in advance of their proposed stay dates.
Confirmation of the requested dates will be subject to availability at Vintage Retreat. Alternative dates may be offered if the preferred dates are unavailable.
Rent-a-car, taxi and mini-van services can be arranged on request. Transportation charges shall be paid directly to the respective service provider.
All guests shall comply with the applicable property, booking, occupancy and safety guidelines of Vintage Retreat.
A suggested 5-day sightseeing itinerary covering nearby attractions is attached for reference. Sightseeing, entry fees, transportation and other charges, if any, shall be borne by the guest.
Offer is valid for one year. Customer can avail the offer within 1 year of the booking date.
Confident Group reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the offer at its discretion, subject to applicable commitments already confirmed to customers.
